Welcome to Barre by Lauren! I'm a certified Barre and Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, I have developed a series of Barre classes that are designed to challenge and motivate you.

How long are the workouts?

There are lots of different workouts to choose from and they all vary in length ranging from 5-45 minutes.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! There are workouts to suit everyone and during most workouts I will always give modifications and progressions throughout so you can adapt the exercises to suit you.

Are all the workouts Barre?

Most of the workouts on the platform are inspired by barre. There are also Pilates classes, Stretch and mobility and more cardio based workouts too.
